Apollo is a big handsome lad who came to us for rehoming through no fault of his own, he came to us with his Daughter, Missy, however we are looking for separate homes for them –  Missy tends to bully Apollo which does sometime make him miserable.

Sadly they have been living on their own in a flat for the past 3 months, with someone making a 15mile journey to feed them, as other rescues wouldn’t/couldn’t help! Thankfully we had a space come available, so they came to us to find new homes.

Apollo is a big lad… he’s strong and pully, and clearly hasn’t had much lead training! He does know some of the basics; like sit, wait, lie down etc…

He’s a friendly boy.. always happy to see people, and will greet everybody with a big wagging tail! He loves getting out and about on his walks, especially playing ball in our exercise compounds… however he does manage to get quite dirty!! A fluffy white dog + wet, muddy weather isn’t a great mix! He seems to love water, and will throw himself into the biggest puddles he can find…! He could live with with children over 10yrs.

He appears not to have been socialised with other dogs that well, and he will bark at other dogs when he’s on the lead… we’re not sure of his intentions, but we feel that he may be better as the only dog in the home. He’s never really been around cats.
